Shipping Policy
We deliver nationwide with a focus on fast dispatch and reliable service. Our goal is to ensure every Premium Paws order arrives quickly and safely, so your pets can enjoy their new products without delay.
Processing & Dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Times
Economy: 3–5 business days to main centres, 4–7 days for outlying areas.
Standard: 2–3 business days to main centres, 3–5 days for outlying areas.
Express: 1–2 business days to major metros.
Delivery estimates are subject to courier performance and external factors such as weather or seasonal demand.
Shipping Rates
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel size. Free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on eligible orders.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours. Include any access codes for secure complexes or estates to avoid failed deliveries.
Address Changes
If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible. Changes after dispatch may incur rerouting fees and extend delivery times by 1–2 days.
Damages & Shortages
Inspect your parcel upon arrival. Report any damages, missing items, or incorrect products within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
Delays & Lost Parcels
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we’ll liaise with the courier and keep you updated throughout the resolution process.
