Fast Inspections
Change-of-Mind Returns
- Request within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
- Return courier costs may apply unless due to our error.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
Report within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Hygiene & Safety Exclusions
- Used litter trays, opened consumables or filters.
- Items showing wear, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or accidental damage.
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
Warranty Support
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we’ll facilitate the process. Keep your proof of purchase and original packaging where possible.
How to Log a Return
- Email support@premiumpaws.co.za with your order number and reason.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Pack securely; include all original accessories and packaging.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks typically take 3–7 business days to reflect funds.
