How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS after dispatch. You can also view status in My Account.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us ASAP with your order number and we’ll assist.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, PayFast, PayFlex, Mobicred and more. Payments are 3-D Secure enabled.

How long does delivery take?

Major metros: 1–3 working days. Outlying areas: 3–5 working days. Peak periods may add a day.

Do you offer collection?

Yes — choose “Collection” at checkout. We’ll email when your order is ready from our Benoni warehouse.

My parcel arrived damaged — what now?

Photograph the box and item, keep all packaging, and log a ticket within 48 hours.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. See our Returns & Refund Policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes — 12-month limited manufacturer warranty on devices (feeders, fountains, litter products) for factory faults.

Something missing in the box?

Contact support with your order number and a photo — we’ll dispatch the missing part.

How often should I replace fountain filters?

Every 2–4 weeks depending on water quality and usage. Rinse before first use and weekly thereafter.

Is the FeedMate Pro safe for wet food?

Use dry kibble (3–12 mm) only. Wet food can clog the mechanism; serve wet food manually.

What water should I use in the fountain?

Clean drinking water. Wash the bowl weekly, clean the pump monthly, and keep water above the min line.

Feeder isn’t dispensing — what should I check?

  1. Use dry kibble 3–12 mm.
  2. Check impeller seating & avoid overfilling.
  3. Run manual feed; if jammed, power off, clear, restart.
  4. Still stuck? contact us with a short video.

Fountain pump is noisy — how do I fix it?

  • Top up water (pump must be submerged).
  • Rinse/replace filter every 2–4 weeks.
  • Open pump and clean the impeller.
